I am an integrative counsellor, trained to draw on a variety of skills and theories that best suit each individual. I work with a person–centred approach which means that I believe each person is their own expert and as such will follow their needs and their pace. I am also happy to work creatively with clients using cards, life-lines, stones and shells.
